These are going to be the high schools; Cinco Ranch High, Seven Lakes High School and Tompkins High School. We’re going to start with Cinco Ranch. Today we have 103 homes available active for sale zoned to Cinco Ranch High School. Starting price, $213,900, with a maximum price, $840,000. The average home is going to come in at $380,540. The median price for these homes is $349,500. The minimum price per square foot for these homes is going to be $89.64 with a maximum of $157.39. Average price $120.79 and median value of $119.38. These homes are going to be 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 2 car garages. Next up is going to be Seven Lakes High School. Today total actives, 131 homes. Minimum starting price for these homes, $237.000. Maximum price $1.395 so $1,395,000 is going to be the maximum price of the homes. Average price of these homes, $491,803, with a median value of $449,000. The minimum price per square foot to be zoned to the school is going to be $87.37. Maximum $222.88, with an average of $133.33. And there’s a median value of $128 98. Next up is going to be Tompkins High School. There are 236 homes active today zoned to Tompkins High School. One of the major differences is that these homes are going to come with a little bit more amenities because the average home is a four bedroom, three- and one-half bath and a three-car garage. The minimum starting price for these homes is $249,000. Maximum price of $1.5 million. The average price of the home zoned to this school is going to be $499,796. The median price will be $434,450. Minimum price per square foot, active today, $91.03, maximum $402.23, with an average price of $137.85, and a median of $130.06.
